Ayra began as a conversation. A question. Then a calling.

Dr. Swetha had spent years caring for women across life stages — from adolescence to high-risk pregnancy and advanced gynecological procedures. But the more patients she met, the more one thing became clear:

“They were receiving treatment, but not care.”

At the same time, Dr. Pavan, drawing from his experience in public health, recognized the importance of a holistic approach to human health — one that doesn’t begin in hospitals or end with prescriptions, but spans prevention, access, dignity, and continuity of care.

By identifying the real-world needs of modern families, and combining it with strategic insight from large-scale health systems, he envisioned a space that could integrate clinical excellence with patient-centered systems thinking.

Together, they set out to build more than a clinic.

They created Ayra — a safe, smart, and human-first healthcare environment that their own families would choose, and trust.

Today, Dr. Swetha remains the soul of Ayra’s Women’s Health mission, not only leading clinical care but shaping the values that every staff member reflects.

Dr. Pavan continues to architect systems that ensure ethical operations, clarity in communication, and a healthcare experience that feels right from the first hello to the last follow-up.
